Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -- Richmond might see snow accumulating on lawns, porches, and just maybe, a little on the roads tomorrow afternoon. NBC12.com Meteorologist Andrew Freiden says the road accumulation is unlikely but cannot be ruled out.
Freiden says the storm begins as rain in the morning, with temperatures in the 50s. However, it gets colder as the day goes on, with afternoon temperatures in the 30s. Any snow would be between roughly noon and 3pm.
Temperatures Wednesday might not reach 40 degrees.
