Richmond Man Faces Misdemeanor

(CHESTERFIELD COUNTY, Va.)  -- Chesterfield Police have made an arrest in connection with an accidental shooting inside a restroom that caused panic and a huge police presence at the Wal-Mart Supercenter at the Chattanooga Plaza in Midlothian Tuesday afternoon. 

66 year old Clifford Shook, Jr, of the 5200 block of Stratton Road in the city of Richmond, has been charged with one count of reckless handling of a firearm, which is a class 1 misdemeanor. Shook was released on a misdemeanor warrant and is scheduled to appear in Chesterfield General District Court on December 9 at 10:30 a.m. for his pre-trial.
