Bus Driver Charged in Deadly Crash

40 Year-old Charged with Involuntary Manslaughter

Prince George, VA (Newsradio 1140WRVA.com) -- The driver of a commercial bus that crashed taking an exit on I-95 North in Prince George County has been charged with two counts of involuntary manslaughter in the deaths of two passengers. 40 year-old Yui Man Chow of Staten Island, New York was being held at Riverside Regional Jail following the crash just before 5:30 am Tuesday morning. 

State Police believe the bus may have been speeding as it attempted to take the exit at South Crater Road. The bus ended up on it's left side, and 55 of the 57 people on the bus were taken to hospitals. One of the victims died at the scene and the other died at the hospital. At least two other people were in critical condition. The bus orginated in Florida and was headed to New York.
