Richmond, Va. ( - The Virginia Community College System is already making decisions for the spring semenster, even as some four-year schools are still geappling with the fall term.  In a letter to students, Chancellor Glenn Dubois says the schools will be mostly online in the spring, with the exception of certain workforce classes and labs that have to be done in person.

Spokesman Jeffrey Kraus says they followed the science in making this decision, and the Covid pandemic does not appear to be changing right now, so they will continue to have classes online.  The system does not have any residence halls, so there is no impact on living situations.

There will also be no impact on tuition as a result of staying online.
