Richmond, VA (Newsradio1140wrva.com) -- Dozens remain missing on the Florida Panhandle days after Hurricane Michael roared ashore with winds of 150 mph. President Trump will tour the recovery efforts in Florida and Georgia Monday.

More than 250,000 customers are without power in seven states from Florida to Virginia. Dominion Energy is hoping to get most of it's customers back on by Monday night. About 4,000 are still without service as of 8 am Monday in the Richmond area.

The death toll has risen to at least 19 from the storm with 6 of those deaths in Virginia. A memorial service is set for the Hanover firefighter who died when his fire truck was hit while responding to an accident on I-295 during the storm. A service at Meadow Event Park at 2 pm Wednesday will honor Lt. Brad Clark, who leaves behind a wife and four daughters.

The National Weather Service has confirmed there were 7 tornadoes touched down as Michael marched across Virginia. And VDOT says about 90 roads in the state remain closed because of flooding, downed trees or power lines.
