Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -  The FBI has announced a $20,000 reward for information that leads to the capture of the people who fired the bullets that killed Markiya Dickson, 9, over the Memorial Day holiday.  Dickson was struck and killed in Carter Jones Park in south Richmond, as she attended a community event.  Two other people, one a young boy, were also injured.

Police, shortly after the shooting, announced they were looking for three African-American males, but had few other details.  Police do say now that the shooting erupted from a fight and was not random.  However, Lt. Faith Flippo says they are lacking the crucial pieces of evidence to tie the case all together.

Dickson was in a seperate area of the park from where the gunfire took place.
