Flooding and Power Outages Remain

(RICHMOND, Va.) WRVA -- Much quicker than expected, Isaais has left the area, leaving some flooded roads, downed trees and many people without power.
As expected, the storm spawned many tornadoes in the Northern Neck. Several inches of rain fell in the Richmond Metro area. The final numbers of rain totals could range from 3 to 6 inches.
About 28,000 Dominion Energy customers were out in the Richmond area at the height of the storm. Many more are without power in the Southeastern part of the state. Dominion is responding to the outages.
