Will Bring Some Rain And Winds, But Nothing Severe

Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The Richmond area can expect about a half-inch to an inch of rain Friday into Saturday, a result of a Nor'easter making its way up the east coast.   The storm will also bring 25 to 30 mile per hour winds, although NBC12.com Meteorologist Andrew Freiden says there will be nothing severe.

The nor'easter is, in some respects, the remains of Hurricane Willa, a Pacific Ocean hurricane which hit Mexico.  However, it will not bring tornadoes or severe weather we normally see associated with the remains of tropical storms.

Freiden says the rain and winds roll in around noon Friday, and may be out of here early Saturday morning.
