Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - The Richmond Electoral Board says Mayor Levar Stoney appears to have substantial leads in six of the nine council districts. The result, along with the popular vote lead, would likely be enough to give Stoney another four years.
Stoney reacted at the city's weekly Covid briefing. The mayor promsied unity, and says his team built a strong coalition around the city.
Stoney ran against Councilwoman Kim Grey, activist Alexsis Rogers, and Justin Griffin.
