Richmond, Va. ( - UPDATE: Meteorologist Jim Duncan now thinks it is even possible the Richmond area sees no snow.  Petersburg could get an inch, and further south, a couple of inches.

ORIGINAL: Richmond is still forecasted to only see between a dusting and an inch of snow with the storm coming through. Meteorologist Andrew Freiden says the heavier snow will be to the south and east, with Petersburg possibly seeing one to two inches, and even more further south.

However, Freiden says what ever lands could still lead to freezing overnight, meaning there could be black ice on the roads tomorrow.  Temperatures are expected to drop into the 20s overnight.  Real warming won't occur until over the weekend.

Richmond Public Schools cancelled after-school activities.  Chesterfield Schools cancelled events after 6pm.
