Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - Richmond Police say, in a statement, that Internal Affairs is investigating one of their officers.  This following a video, that first starting circulating on social media, that shows an officer interacting with students outside Albert Hill Middle School.  At one point during the video, the officer is head to say "wait until your ***** turn 18, then you're mine."

There is some interacting between the kids and the officer prior to the comment which is not heard clearly on the video.  The images were apparently recorded Thursday.

In a statement, Richmond Mayor Levar Stoney says, “This type of behavior will not be tolerated by any employee of the City of Richmond. I trust that the Richmond Police Department will conduct a quick and thorough investigation and respond accordingly.

“This behavior is unacceptable. It reinforces stereotypes of our communities that are hurtful and damages the relationship between our police department and the citizens they are charged to serve."
