Montpelier, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -  Law enforcement is back out in Montpelier this morning, after a sighting last night of missing Louisa teen Isabel Hicks.  Hicks, 14, was seen around 9 pm last night around Clazemont Road, along with Bruce Lynch, 33.  The two have not been seen in over a week since Hicks left her home early in the morning on October 21st.

Hanover Sheriff's Lieutenant Terry Sullivan says both are now wearing dark or camo clothing.  Lynch, who has previously been pictued with facial hair, is now clean shaven.  They are believed to be still using the blue Toyota Matrix they left in, that may be missing a passenger side doorhandle.  It may also have camo tarp over part of a passenger window.

An Amber Alert has been issued for Hicks.  Lynch reportedly has had suicidal thoughts.   He also may be armed.

Sullivan is asking people to avoid the area if possible.  Sullivan also asks residents to lock their cars, and not leave the keys inside them.
