South Hill, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) - State Police say they and several other agencies are concentrating their search for a missing Cumberland County woman in South Hill and Mecklenburg County.   Amy Renee Fabian, 43, has not been seen since Friday, when Police believe her ex-boyfriend, George W. Knisley IV, 41, of Maryland, stole a truck, went to her home, and killed a Powhatan man who was a friend of Fabian.

Police are focusing on South Hill because it is there, on Friday morning, that they believe Knisley carjacked a woman.  The carjacking occurred on foot, which leads police believe that the truck, at least, needs to be in that general area.  The woman in the carjacking was not injured.

Knisley was eventually captured in Raleigh, North Carolina, after a chase.  Police have recovered the carjacked vehicle.  Knisley is being held on the murder charge in Cumberland County.  The man killed in Cumberland has been identified as Matthew Broyles, 29, of Powhatan. Other charges are likely both in South Hill and Raleigh.
