Tractor-Trailer Drivers Charged Following Morning Accident

Caused Numerous Problems On I-95

Chesterfield, Va. ( - State Police say two North Carolina men, driving different tractor-trailers, have been charged after a morning accident along I-95 North near Woods Edge Road.  Police say around six this morning, one tractor-tailer was stopped along the should of the interstate, when the second tractor-trailer rear-ended it.

The first driver was charged with improper stopping.  The second driver was charged with reckless driving.   The crash caused a spill of diesel fuel and of coconut powder (the load of the first truck).

Both drivers suffered minor injuries but were treated at the scene.
