Richmond, Va. (Newsradiowrva.com) -  The rain has begun in Richmond, part of a Nor'easter making its way up the East Coast.  NBC12 Meteorologist Andrew Freiden says we should receive between one and two inches of rain with this storm, but there will not be any severe weather.

Freiden says winds will not be a problem in Richmond.  Along the bay, winds could reach 30 miles per hour, but here, gusts will only be around 20 miles per hour.

The heaviest rain should end after midnight, and all rain should be out at some point Saturday morning.
