Richmond, VA (WRVA) - Police are investigating after two vehicles used by Richmond Animal Care and Control (RACC) Officers were vandalized over the weekend. The windshield and driver’s side window on both vehicles were damaged.
The crime was discovered the morning of Saturday, July 7th. The shelter points out that they are a small department with a tiny budget.
This comes at a time when the shelter is seeing an increase in calls for service and an influx of animals in need. RACC is located at 1600 Chamberlayne Ave. Richmond, VA 23222
