State Senator Suggests Syrian Attack "False Flag"

Sen. Dick Black Has Supported Assad In Past

April 11, 2018 - 4:51 pm

Richmond, VA (1140wrva.com) –  State Senator Dick Black (R-Loudon), in Richmond for the General Assembly Special Sesion, took time on the Senate Floor to suggest the alleged chemical attack in Syria was a "false flag."  Black has been a supporter of Syrian leader Bashar Al-Assad, and even visited the country in 2016.  Black views Assad as a bulwark against terrorists.

Black says if Assad had chemical weapons, he'd use them on opposing armies.  He wonders why these attacks always seem to ocur around people pushing strollers.  The conservative Republican, who backs President Trump, also called U.S. U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley's comments to the security council "shrill."

Black says the war in Syria would be figured out if the U.S. just pulled out of the country.
