Senator and 2020 Democratic presidential hopeful Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) continued on the campaign trail this week in New Hampshire with an appearance in Franconia. Warren is reportedly rising in the polls in the state, and during her appearance she answered questions about her tweet which falsely claimed that Michael Brown was "murdered" by police, according to WMUR9.

Per WMUR, Warren doubled down on her tweet, saying, "What matters was a man was shot, an unarmed man, in the middle of the street, by police officers and left to die. And I think that's where our focus should be."
