NBC political director Chuck Todd decided to use part of "Meet The Press" Sunday to complain about a Wall Street Journal poll that showed President Donald Trump's approval rating is the same as it was last year, despite the impeachment and the coronavirus pandemic.

In wildly overly-dramatic fashion, Todd exclaimed, "Now think about what's happened, guys. We had an impeachment and a pandemic. So, an impeachment and a pandemic has happened in between April of '19 and April of 2020 and the President's job ratings are 46 percent approve, 51 percent disapprove."

Exasperated, he then turned to NBC White House correspondent Peter Alexander and cried, "obviously, the durable nature of the President at times knows no bounds. A pandemic, an impeachment, nothing seems to break through there."
