CNN & MSNBC - All Trump Hate All The Time

In a not-so-shocking turn of events, the media types went ballistic earlier this week when President Trump told George Snuffleupagus that if a foreign power called him with information on his opponents, he would take it. Of course none of them bothered to mention during their prime time coverage that Hillary Clinton did exactly that in 2016 with the dossier.

According to the Media Research Center, CNN and MSNBC programs from 8:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. ET spent two hours, 28 minutes and 33 seconds on the President’s comments, which totaled 72 percent of their entire live programming (minus commercials and teases).

For CNN, their prime time lineup (AC360, Cuomo Prime Time, and the first hour of CNN Tonight) spent nearly 84 minutes (1:23:47) freaking out over the President’s comments.

The rest of CNN's coverage (32 minutes, 50 seconds) was given to other stories, but 12 minutes of that was spent with Bernie Sanders making his case for democratic socialism on Anderson Cooper's show.

For MSNBC, its prime time (All In, The Rachel Maddow Show, and The Last Word) was 64 minutes and 46 seconds versus 40 minutes and 24 seconds for all other matters, which breaks down to the same percentages as CNN (72 percent to 28 percent).

So, if for some absurd reason you find yourself watching either of these networks during prime time, be warned that prime time really means "prime Trump-bashing time" for the "real reporters." But I'm probably not telling you anything you don't already know.
