American Airlines is now in the spotlight over a video taken by one of its passengers a couple weeks ago. It happened when a New Jersey family’s flight got redirected to Memphis International Airport.

Theresia Tirado, her husband, and their two sons were traveling through Memphis on Envoy Airlines, which is a subsidary of American. Tirado said one of their bags didn’t make it to the airport, so they went to customer service and asked an attendant where it was. She claims he wasn’t helpful.

Tirado went on to tell the attendant that her husband said he would be useless to them. She then says the attendant became angry and began ranting about his kids being doctors and lawyers. That's when Tirado's husband informed him he was a police officer.

According to Tirado, the attendant then responded with, "You're a cop, that means you're a killer."

Her husband started recording after that, and the man proceeded to say that her husband "might kill me." Watch the video here.
