Forks? Yeah, They Are Racist Too

Well, add another one to the list. Turns out all those time you told your kids "don't eat with your hands" you were actually launching a racist, bigoted attack against them.

A new article in "Today's Parent" claims that forks - yes, forks - are racist. The author, Joshana Maharaj, is beside herself because a teacher in Canada told one of her students not to eat rice with her hands and proclaims that forcing children to use basic table manners and proper utensils is "an echo of European colonial powers looking to tame the wildness out of the people they controlled."

So, to all you racist parents out there, the next time you dare to correct your little one when they eat with their hands (or on some occasions, face), remember that what you're actually doing is cultivating a culture of racism.
