Is Hanover County Going To Ditch Confederate Names On Schools?

The Hanover County School Board voted against changing the names of Lee-Davis High School and Stonewall Jackson Middle School at a specially called meeting on Friday, the Richmond Times-Dispatch reports. 

The board is facing a lawsuit filed by the NAACP who claims the names violate the constitutional rights of black students by creating a hostile and "unequal" learning environment.
