Is It Time For A Four Day Work Week?

Women at a Belgian nonprofit called Femma voiced their desire for more free time in an organizational poll, and as an experiment, the group implemented a 30-hour workweek starting in January of this year.

As a result, most employees at the feminist advocacy group now take Fridays off. They will be monitored throughout the year by Free University of Brussels researchers, who will study the impact this increase in free time has on the workers.
