A New York Times report this week shows the conditions at Clint Border Facility in Texas are worsening and have now led to outbreaks of scabies, shingles and chickenpox.

President Trump called the report a "hoax" but also said there will be more transperency with reports on the facilities and that he will invite more journalists to tour the sites. The Department of Homeland Security inspector general also filed a report describing the overcrowded facilities as "dangerous."

Congress passed a bill sending $4.6 billion in humanitarian aid to the border in June, and acting director of U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services Ken Cuccinelli says that since that bill passed, the conditions have actually improved at border facilities.
