The braintrust over at MSNBC concluded Tuesday on MSNBC Live that the impeachment case against President Donald Trump is so airtight that the only way the Senate wouldn't vote for it was if they didn't "understand the story."
MSNBC contributor and former U.S. Attorney Chuck Rosenberg told host Stephanie Ruhle that the number articles brought forward doesn't even matter because all they have to do is "adequately tell the story." He added that "Barbara McQuade said the other day and I think she’s exactly right, prosecutors don't lose cases because they don't have the facts, prosecutors lose cases when the jury doesn't understand the story."
