A school in Ohio has elected to remove a Ten Commandments plaque after receiving a letter from an atheist group taking issue with the display.

The group, Freedom From Religion Foundation, sent a letter in April to the school district concerning a Ten Commandments display at the entrance of Welty Middle School in New Philadelphia, citing that the constitution doesn't allow schools to endorse religion, according to The Blaze.

Earlier this month, the school district's attorney, wrote back to the FFRF saying the plaque had been removed. It had been on display for more than 90 yeears.
