Los Angeles Angels slugger and future Hall of Famer Albert Pujols has had quite a week, but the most special thing he did did not happen on the baseball diamond.

Tuesday night, after the Angels' 3-1 win over the Toronto Blue Jays at the Rogers Centre, Pujols was captured on video jogging over to a young Angels fan with Down syndrome and starting to remove his jersey while doing so.

Pujols takes his game-worn jersey off, signs it, and gives it to the boy before also signing the jersey he's wearing and hoisting him up over the railing for a photo op.

Pujols has long been a champion for those with special needs. His Pujols Family Foundation is specifically geared towards helping those with Down syndrome and was inspired by his daughter, Isabella, who has Down syndrome.

In addition to all he has done to help those with special needs, Pujols went out of his way to give this boy the memory of a lifetime. Here's to you, Albert!
