While Ralph Northam and his cohorts are hellbent on finding more ways to strip away your rights, they have no problem giving more rights to people that are in this country illegally.

The General Assembly is pushing through a bill that would make students living in the U.S. illegally eligible for in-state tuition, NBC 12 reports.

Senate Bill 935 stipulates that a student must provide proof of filed taxes to be eligible for in-state tuition. They must also have attended a high school in Virginia for at least two years, been homeschooled for two years in the state or passed a high school equivalency exam before enrolling into college.

The bill was introduced by Sen. Jennifer Boysko (D-Fairfax) and Sen. Ghazala Hashmi (D-Chesterfield).
