John Reid Hosts B-Day Celebration for Ronald Reagan

"Only a guy in his 80's would think Die Hard was a gangster film." John Reid reminisces about Nakatomi Tower and Ronald Reagan during the show this afternoon.

On February 6th, President Reagan would have turned 108. And John is celebrating by hosting Richmond's Morning News, live, at the John Marshall Ballrooms, which still looks as it did in 1981 when John was 10-years-old and standing in the front row of the crowded ballroom to shake Reagan's hand.

"He was a wonderful, generous, caring person," John said about working with Reagan as an intern. "It was the greatest job I ever had."

To celebrate one of the greatest men to serve our country, stop by the John Marshall Ballrooms on Wednesday, February 6th, from 5:00am-10:00am to hear and share stories about the legend, eat some breakfast birthday cake, and enjoy some hot coffee.
