ABC News Correspondent in Chicago Ryan Burrow discusses that after the first weekend of training for Major League Baseball players, the league announced 38 positive cases among more than 3,100 tests administered. We’ve learned some of the teams that have seen positive tests, but the players are not being identified by MLB. This weekend David Price of the Los Angeles Dodgers and Félix Hernández of the Atlanta Braves, both former Cy Young Award winners, announced they will opt out of the 2020 season over health concerns.
